Brandy Fix
A refreshing cocktail with brandy and pineapple juice.

- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 60 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Yellow Chartreuse liqueur — 5 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with lemon zest twist.
