A refreshing cocktail with cognac and berries.

- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 45 ml
- Yellow Chartreuse liqueur — 20 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
- Soda from siphon — 10 ml
วิธีทำ
- STIR first 4 ingredients with ice.
- Strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
- TOP with a splash of soda and briefly stir.
