• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
• Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
• Saffron syrup (2:1 sugar syrup heated with saffron fronds) — 15 ml
• Orange Bitters by Angostura — 2 dash
• Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml

วิธีทำ

1. DRY SHAKE all ingredients (without ice).
2. SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
3. Strain into a chilled glass.
