Blue Moon Cocktail (1940's recipe)
A cocktail with a vibrant flavor and beautiful color.

- Rutte Dry Gin — 60 ml
- Crème de violette liqueur — 10 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 10 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 10 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
