A cocktail with a smoky aroma and spicy notes.

- Black Tears cacao & coffee spiced rum — 50 ml
- Tawny port — 25 ml
- Cinnamon sugar syrup — 12.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 12.5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- Smoke chilled glass with a rosemary sprig.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into smoked glass.
