Black Cuban
A refreshing cocktail with mint and champagne.

- Mint leaves — 6 fresh
- Black Tears cacao & coffee spiced rum — 60 ml
- Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice) — 20 ml
- Orange Bitters by Angostura — 2 dash
- Black pepper — 1 grind
- Brut Champagne — 50 ml
วิธีทำ
- MUDDLE mint in base of glass.
- Add next 4 ingredients.
- STIR with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- TOP with champagne.
