Ben Hales's Weissen Sour
A cocktail with bourbon and orange marmalade.

ส่วนผสม
- Bourbon whiskey — 50 ml
- Orange marmalade — 10 gram
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 12.5 ml
- Orange bitters — 2 dash
- Weisse (wheat) beer — 180 ml
วิธีทำ
- STIR marmalade with bourbon in base of shaker to dissolve marmalade.
- Add lemon juice and bitters.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with beer.
