Banana Split
A sweet cocktail with banana liqueurs and cream.

- แก้ว: Coupe glass

- ตกแต่ง: Lightly dust surface of drink with chocolate powder & banana chunk on rim
- ABV: 18%
ส่วนผสม
- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 45 ml
- Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur — 22.5 ml
- Bob's Vanilla bitters — 2 drop
- Bob's Chocolate bitters — 2 drop
- Banana tea — 22.5 ml
- Single cream / half-and-half — 5 ml
วิธีทำ
- STIR first 5 ingredients with ice.
- Strain into chilled glass.
- Shake a sealed container of cream and carefully POUR over the back of a spoon.
