Bahamas Daiquiri
A tropical cocktail with pineapple and coconut rum.

- Overproof pot still rum — 45 ml
- Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.) — 22.5 ml
- Coffee liqueur — 7.5 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 45 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled large martini glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
