Avocado Margarita
A cocktail with avocado and tequila.

- 1/2 oz silver tequila — 1
- 1 oz Cointreau — 0.5
- 1 oz fresh lime juice — 1
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice — 0.5
- diced ripe avocado — 60ml
- 1 oz half-and-half — 1
- 1 tsp sugar — 1
- Lime wedge
- Avocado slice
วิธีทำ
- Combine ingredients (except the garnishes) in a blender with 1/2 cup ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the lime and avocado.
