Apple Days
A refreshing cocktail with an apple flavor.

- แก้ว: Coupe glass

- ตกแต่ง: Sugar crust rim, lemon zest twist (discard) & dehydrated apple slice
- ABV: 16%
ส่วนผสม
- Caorunn Gin — 50 ml
- Apple Schnapps liqueur — 20 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 25 ml
- Apple sugar syrup — 10 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 20 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
