Am I Blue?
A refreshing cocktail with birch spirit and grapefruit juice.

- Birch spirit/birch eau-de-vie — 50 ml
- Grapefruit juice (pink) — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- India pale ale (IPA) beer — 50 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with pale ale and briefly stir.
