Alan's Aku Aku Martini
A tropical cocktail with pineapple.

- White (charcoal-filtered) 1-3 year old light rum — 30 ml
- Peach 'schnapps' liqueur — 15 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 45 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Mint leaves — 2 fresh
วิธีทำ
- Shake all the ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
