• . St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur — 20 ml
• Aperol Aperitivo — 10 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 40 ml
• 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 15 ml
• Egg White — 30 ml

Kā to pagatavot

1. Add all ingredients and shake dry.
2. Add ice and shake again.
3. Strain and serve.
