• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
• Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml

Kā to pagatavot

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
2. Fine strain into chilled glass.
3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the rim.
