Mint Infused Julep (punch)

A refreshing cocktail with bourbon and mint, perfect for a crowd.

• MAKES 6 SERVINGS
• bottle (750 ml) Kentucky bourbon — 1
• s fresh mint leaves (or 10 to 12 mint sprigs) — 480ml
• to 3 oz simple syrup — 1
• to 18 fresh mint sprigs — 12g
• lemon twists (optional) — 6pcs

Kā to pagatavot

1. Combine bourbon and mint leaves in a large glass jar with a lid.
2. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
3. Strain the bourbon into a large glass pitcher, discarding the mint.
4. Add simple syrup to taste, and stir.
5. For each serving, pour 4 ounces of the infused bourbon into a julep cup or collins glass filled with crushed ice.
