A refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail with mint and lime.

- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 45 ml
- Apple juice — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 22.5 ml
- Lemon-lime soda (Sprite/7-Up) — Top up with

- Lightly MUDDLE (just to bruise) mint in base of shaker.
- Add next three ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with lemonade, lightly stir and serve with straws.
