- Fino sherry — 7.5 ml
- *Special ingredient #1 (see above) — 22.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
- Mint leaves — 8 fresh
Kā to pagatavot
- DRY SHAKE first 5 ingredients without ice.
- Add ice and SHAKE again.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with mint sprig & raspberries.
