- Coconut water — 45 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry — 10 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 1 dash
- Bob's Chocolate bitters — 1 drop
