- Islay single malt (peated) Scotch whisky — 60 ml
- . St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur — 45 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml

- DRY SHAKE all ingredients (without ice)
- SHAKE again with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
