A cocktail with rum and elderflower liqueur.

- Barbancourt Five Star Reserve Speciale 8yo Rum — 45 ml
- Elderflower liqueur — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 15 ml
- Monin Grenadine syrup — 7.5 ml
- Soda (club soda) water — 90 ml

- Stir ingredients with ice.
- Add more ice.
- Top with soda.
