Manchester Special Rum Punch
A sweet cocktail with honey and grapefruit.

- Overproof pot still rum — 50 ml
- Grapefruit juice (pink) — 30 ml
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — 20 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash

- STIR honey with rum until honey dissolves.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
