Eight Foot Fizz
A refreshing cocktail with lemon sherbet and kiwi.

- *Special ingredient #1 (see above) — 60 ml
- *Special ingredient #2 (see above) — 30 ml
- Kiwi fruit puree — 30 ml
- Single cream / half-and-half — 30 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 30 ml
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — Top up with
만드는 법
- SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with soda water.
- Serve with straws.
