블랙베리와 크림이 들어간 칵테일입니다.
- 방법: 흔들기
- 잔: Coupe glass
- 얼음: Ice
- 가니시: 간 너트메그 또는 앙고스투라 비터스
- ABV: 18%
재료
- Gin — 60 ml
- Blackberries — 3 whole
- Double cream / heavy cream — 22.5 ml
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — 22.5 ml
만드는 법
- In a shaker, muddle the blackberries.
- Add the gin, cream and honey syrup.
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
