- Bourbon whiskey — 20 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 27.5 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 5 ml
- Egg White — 20 ml

- Dry shake with egg white.
- Then shake with ice and double strain into chilled cocktail glass.
