Ingredienti

• Manzanilla sherry — 45 ml
• Brandy Armagnac — 15 ml
• Sciroppo Giffard Orgeat — 15 ml
• Succo di limone (spremuto fresco) — 15 ml
• Succo d'arancia (spremuto fresco) — 15 ml
• Bitter Peychaud's o altri bitter in stile creolo — 3 dash

Preparazione

1. SHAKE tutti gli ingredienti con ghiaccio.
2. Filtrare finemente nel bicchiere freddo.
3. Servire.
