Un cocktail con tequila e menta.

• Metodo: Pestare
• Bicchiere: bicchiere Collins
• Ghiaccio: Ghiaccio tritato
• Guarnizione: Rametto di menta
• Gradazione: 11%

Ingredienti

• Foglie di menta — 12 fresh
• Tequila Patrón Reposado — 60 ml
• Succo di lime (spremuto fresco) — 22.5 ml
• Sciroppo di zucchero (65.0°brix, 2 zucchero a 1 acqua ricco sciroppo) — 15 ml
• Thomas Henry Soda Water — Top up with

Preparazione

1. Pestare leggermente la menta (solo per schiacciare) sul fondo del bicchiere.
2. Aggiungere tequila, succo di lime e zucchero.
3. Riempire a metà il bicchiere con ghiaccio tritato e CHURN (mescolare) con un cucchiaio da bar.
4. Riempire il bicchiere con altro ghiaccio tritato e mescolare ancora.
5. COMPLETARE con soda, mescolare e servire.
