- Bicchiere: Double old-fashioned
- Ghiaccio: Ice
- Guarnizione: Spicchio di limone o ribes nero (idealmente) o more quando sono di stagione
- Gradazione: 16%
Ingredienti
- Bourbon whiskey — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Giffard Noir de Bourgogne Cassis — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 1 dash
Preparazione
- SHAKE tutti gli ingredienti con ghiaccio.
- Filtra nel bicchiere riempito di ghiaccio.
