- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml

- Combine Sauvignon blanc wine, pineapple juice, and sugar syrup in a shaker.
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Shake all ingredients well.
