Vacation Martini
A refreshing cocktail with pineapple and coconut.

- Absolut Vanilia vodka — 45 ml
- Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.) — 15 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 7.5 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 22.5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 7.5 ml
- De Kuyper Blue Curaçao — 1.25 ml

- SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into chilled glass.
- Then POUR liqueur into the centre of the drink.
