• Pedro Ximénez sherry — 30 ml
• Single cream / half-and-half — 45 ml

1. Muddle raspberries and strawberries in base of shaker.
2. Add next four ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
3. Lightly whip cream and float over drink.
