- Overproof pot still rum — 60 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Apple juice — 15 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash

- STIR half of the rum, sugar syrup, and bitters with two ice cubes in glass.
- Add rest of rum, another couple of ice cubes and STIR again.
- Fill glass with ice and STIR again.
- Finally FLOAT apple juice.
