A cocktail with rum and sherry.

- Havana Club 7yo rum — 60 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry — 10 ml
- Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — 7.5 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 1 dash

- STIR half the rum with two ice cubes in a chilled glass.
- Add PX sherry, sugar syrup, and bitters.
- Add two more ice cubes and the rest of the rum.
- STIR some more and add more ice.
