A light cocktail with lemon and honey.

- Tanqueray No. Ten Gin — 30 ml
- Lillet Blanc — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — Top up with
- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 2 dash

- Combine all ingredients (except club soda) with ice.
- Stir, strain into ice filled Collins glass.
- Top with club soda and garnish with lemon peel.
