Summer Pirate
A cocktail with rum and Fernet bitters.

- Plantation Overproof O.F.T.D. rum — 30 ml
- Fernet Branca digestive bitter liqueur — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 20 ml
- Orange bitters — 2 dash

- Shake all ingredients except bitters with ice.
- Strain into rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
- Float 2 dashes of orange bitters on top.
