Strawberry Fields
A cocktail with strawberries and honey.

- गिलास: Coupe glass
- बर्फ: Ice
- गार्निश: Five drops of balsamic vinegar and a dusting of freshly ground black pepper
- ABV: 15%

- Small ripe strawberries (hulled) — 2 fresh
- Ketel One Vodka — 45 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
इसे कैसे बनाएं
- MUDDLE strawberry in base of shaker.
- Add vodka, honey syrup, lemon juice and egg white.
- SHAKE with ice.
- Strain back into shaker, DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into chilled glass.
