- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — Top up with

- SHAKE next six ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with soda.
