Strawberry-Lillet Crush
A refreshing cocktail with strawberries and mint.

- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Lillet Blanc (or other aromatized wine) — 30 ml
- Mint leaves — 6 unit
- Small ripe strawberries (hulled) — 3 unit

- Fill shaker with ice and add gin and Lillet; shake vigorously.
