Strawberry Sophie Night
A cocktail with strawberries and passion fruit.

- ABV: 18%

- Absolut Vanilia vodka — 30 ml
- Pallini Limoncello liqueur — 15 ml
- Passoã liqueur — 15 ml
- Small ripe strawberries (hulled) — 7 unit
- Passion fruit — 3 unit
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml

- Blend the strawberries with a bit of water to get a fluid purée.
- Scoop the flesh and juice of the passion fruits into a shaker.
- Add all the other ingredients and shake with ice.
- Double strain into a white wine glass filled with crushed ice.
