Sour Cherry
A sour cocktail with gin and cherry liqueur.

- Tanqueray No. Ten Gin — 50 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 25 ml
- Cherry Heering cherry brandy liqueur — 15 ml
- De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%) — 15 ml
- Orange bitters — 2 dash
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml

- Dry shake all ingredients for 30 seconds.
- Add ice and shake for a further 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
