- Arette Classic Blanco — 20 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Agave Syrup — 12.5 ml
- The Bitter Truth Grapefruit Bitters — 1 dash (4 drops)
- Regans' Orange Bitters No.6 — 1 dash (4 drops)

- Rim your glass with coarse salt.
- Add all ingredients to shaker.
- Double strain in coupe glass.
- Garnish with dehydrated pineapple slice and salt rim.
