A refreshing cocktail with sage and tequila.

- Sage leaves — 3 fresh
- Patrón Reposado tequila — 60 ml
- De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%) — 30 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml

- Lightly MUDDLE sage in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with sage leaf.
