Sailor's Swizzle
A refreshing cocktail with rum and port.

- Havana Club 3 Year Old rum — 45 ml
- Ruby Port — 20 ml
- Pimento dram liqueur — 5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml

- POUR ingredients into chilled glass and two-thirds fill with crushed ice.
- SWIZZLE with a swizzle stick (or churn with a barspoon).
- Add more crushed ice to fill and SWIZZLE some more.
- Serve with straws.
