- tbsp 99 Bananas liqueur (or crème de banane) — 1
- oz vanilla-infused rum (see page 247) — 2
- Half a vanilla bean

- Coat the inside of a chilled cocktail glass with the banana liqueur, and discard any remaining liqueur.
- Stir vanilla-infused rum in mixing glass with ice.
- Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with the vanilla bean.
