A cocktail with cucumber and mint tea syrup.

- Cucumber (fresh) — 1 1⁄2 inch
- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 45 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 10 ml
- Tomato Juice — 30 ml
- *Special ingredient #1 (see above) — 30 ml

- MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- Shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with black pepper & fresh cucumber.
