- Peach (fresh & ripe - skinned & diced) — 2 wedge
- Basil leaves — 2 leaf
- De Kuyper Pucker Watermelon Schnapps — 30 ml
- Limoncello liqueur — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 5 ml

- Muddle one basil leaf and peach in shaker.
- Add ice, spirits and lemon juice, shake to chill.
- Fine strain into martini glass.
- Garnish with remaining basil leaf and serve.
