- Archers Peach Schnapps — 15 ml
- Chilled water — 30 ml
- Qīng Xiāng/fēn Xiāng (light fragrance) baijiu — 35 ml

- Add 50ml purified water to the base of an old fashioned glass & freeze.
- Add the ingredients to a bottle with a sealable lid & chill in the refrigerator until cold.
- Pour the chilled mix into the glass with the frozen base.
