- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 45 ml
- Carrot juice (freshly extracted) — 30 ml
- Guava juice — 15 ml
- Green mint (menthe verte) syrup — 15 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Bob's Grapefruit Bitters — 1 dash

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with dehydrated carrot & mint sprig.
