A refreshing cocktail with calmondin and rum.

- White/gold 1-3 year old mellow light rum — 60 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 12.5 ml
- Daiquiri bitters — 4 drop

- Muddle 3 calmondins, each cut in half, in shaker.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into ice-filled glass.
