A cocktail with absinthe and vodka.

- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 10 ml
- Ketel One Vodka — 60 ml
- Sake — 22.5 ml
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — 5 ml

- POUR absinthe into ice-filled glass and top with water.
- Leave the mixture to stand in the glass.
- Separately, STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Finally discard contents of absinthe-coated glass and fine strain contents of shaker into absinthe washed glass.
